what is sliding scale?
We don't all have the same economic means to operate in this world. Sliding scale gives you an opportunity to assess your own financial capacity and the value you want to assign to the services provided. If you can give more, please do. It's up to you. No financial information needs to be shared.
Insurance
Insurance is not currently accepted. If your insurance company compensates out of network providers, a "superbill" receipt can be generated with the appropriate diagnostic and treatment codes. This can be submitted to an insurance company by the patient for reimbursement. This generally works for motor vehicle accident claims.
Cancellation Policy
Unforeseen events sometimes make it necessary to cancel. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, a $50 fee will be charged. Each patient is allowed one freebie 24 hr cancellation per calendar year without financial penalty. Thank you for respecting my time.
If you cancel or no-show to a first appointment, you must prepay to reschedule.
